see7 Content is a sales enablement content platform that allows you to:

  • Upload and manage content (documents, images, videos, audio)
  • Search content using natural language
  • Organize content into repositories
  • Integrate with external services (Google Drive, Dropbox)
  • Manage metadata and tags

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Types

We offer different subscription tiers (FREE, GROWTH, SCALE) with varying features and limits. Your access and usage are subject to your subscription tier.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Content Ownership and License

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the Service
  • Generate embeddings and metadata for search functionality
  • Display and provide access to your content as you configure

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to upload and share the content
  • The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • The content is not malicious or harmful

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by see7 and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Payment and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We may change our pricing with 30 days notice
  • You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements
  • That defects will be corrected

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account in the settings. Upon termination, all your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEE7 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless see7, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you upload to the Service

13. Changes to Terms
